  Great hotel. Customer service was very friendly, the room was clean and had a wonderful view, and the extras (like pool and hot tub) we're great. Would recommend if you're going to a party or wedding at the Ajax Convention Centre. It's a walk (or stumble) away, and you don't have to worry about an Uber or Keys.

  Stayed here overnight after my cousin's wedding. The room was nice, clean, standard hotel fare as far as it goes. The bed and pillows were very comfortable but the linens hadn't been pressed so our pillow cases looked as though they were already used. No Continental breakfast, only a seriously overpriced buffet. $36 for two people consisting of some weird egg-like substance and a selection of sausages and bacon with a greasy hash brown. There was the ubiquitous cereals, toast, bagels and yogurt choices too but for $15 each?? Advice: go to a local McDonald's instead. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, not a bad stay. Nothing outstanding, just very average. Avoid eating the breakfast.

  Recently we booked a "block" of rooms at the Hilton Garden in for our wedding at Ajax convention center. The hotel is right next door and gave us a deal for any guest that call and use our booking code. It was very helpful considering we have quite a few out of town guests. We have not stayed yet but the lobby was very nice and the rooms look great. We were informed recently that they no longer provide "block" bookings for weddings anymore which is disappointing to hear for people in the future if this is true. They still honoured our agreement which is great and we are excited for our stay

  Clean and cozy accommodations. Check-in without prior reservations was a breeze. Loved the free newspapers (USA Today and National Post) Breakfast was very well organized in the early morning. Coffee in the rooms was good. Great Staff!

  Hotel overall was nice visually, front desk staff was excellent and room was big and clean. The problem was we were beside a VERY noisy room and they were up until early in the morning “partying”. Now this is not the hotels fault and they did respond to our complaint but the walls are very thin and even running the taps you can hear very clear. The beds are not comfortable despite being adjustable. The pool was the other major issue. It was VERY dirty on the deck. All kids of hair and other things covered it. We wore flip flops right into the edge of the pool and getting out. Also the hot tub has WAY too much Chemicals - sitting in it for a few minutes burns your eyes. The breakfast was good and reasonable priced.
