  Rob and the staff at this location by far exceed expectations. Thank you Rob for all that you did! Customer service was AMAZING! Everyone was so polite! Best customer service out of ANY store I've been too! If I ever have to rent again I would 100% go back to this place!

  Exceptional client service! I have been renting from the Ajax location for several years and I can sincerely say that the team has consistently been on point...very professional and always endeavour to meet or exceed my expectations.The caliber of their fleet of vehicles are just as exceptional as the team. After reading some of the reviews, I can say that no business is perfect however whenever there have been the slightest of issues, with this business, they have expeditiously resolved them. I have moved out of the local area yet I continue to rent from this location.
