  Since I moved from another Volvo dealership to Volvo Lakeridge last year I've had nothing but STELLAR service that exceeds my expectations every time. Starting with Bruce on the service desk, who knows me by name and is familiar with my service history after just a few visits, to Ivan heading up the Service Dept. who went out of his way to ensure I was happy with a minor body repair, their professional yet friendly attitude has made it a pleasure dealing with them. I was delighted when one repair even cost less than originally quoted, once it was thoroughly investigated. Never had that happen before! Bruce and Ivan's perseverance while resolving a sunroof malfunction that hadn't been fixed after three visits to the other dealership was much appreciated, including the offer of a loaner for my convenience. After meeting General Manger Christopher today, I can assure him that the team he has chosen makes it easy to be loyal. I highly recommend Volvo Lakeridge to anyone looking for a new Volvo, or needing service on their old reliable Volvo. Merry Christmas to all the staff that has taken care of me over the last year. Much appreciated.

  I had the Automatic Transmission fluid COMPLETELY flushed / replaced yesterday. In at appointed time out on time, about 1.4 hours total.

  The customer service provided by Bruce and the rest of the service team at Lakeridge is outstanding!! I've been having my Volvo serviced at this location for a little under a year now and the service has consistently been exceptional. There is no question that they understand the value of true customer service and treating customers with respect. Bruce, can't thank you enough for always being able to accommodate me. It is greatly appreciated.

  Best service experience ever! Know that Bruce is AMAZING! He kept me informed at all times and was courteous and helpful. I went in for much overdue service thinking that I was in for a big bill having been quoted that an other Volvo dealership,,, They (Mike and Marcus) worked my car over in a systematic manner and trouble shot the issues with Bruce keeping me up to date... These guys saved me thousands. Thank you! They earned my trust and I cannot express how good it feels to have faith in your mechanic. To top it off I had Dustin detail my vehicle. My 2012 XC90 looked like new inside and out (huge undertaking as I have kids and a dog). Thank you for that too. Awesome service!
